My Mia did the same thing (though after much less use). You actually can safely glue it back together, but it takes some patience and care. You put a TINY bit of super glue on the silver part where it should be overlapped by the pink body, spread it around with a toothpick or something, and wait for it to just start getting tacky – this way it stays put when you push the pieces together, and doesn’t ooze all over the chip. When it gets tacky, push the two pieces together, and hold them in place for a little bit. Wait 24 hours for it to cure. Mine was as good as new after that treatment; YMMV, but it might be worth a shot.
